2. Delivery Time
Instant delivery for most products after payment confirmation.
In some cases, please allow up to 24–48 hours (especially for bulk files, premium courses, or when manual access is required).
If you do not receive your product within this timeframe, kindly contact us for immediate support.
3. Access & Availability
You are responsible for ensuring you have the correct email address or WhatsApp number at checkout.
If you lose access to your product, you may request a re-delivery within 7 days of purchase, provided your payment is verified.
4. No Physical Shipping
As our business deals exclusively with digital content, we do not ship physical items, and no physical address is required during checkout.
